2. Provision of Services

KonPadel acts as an aggregator of information related to padel venues, equipment, and community events primarily in Indonesia. We do our best to maintain accurate, up-to-date data. However:

• We make no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy or completeness of venue pricing or product availability.
• Any booking or purchase resulting from information found on KonPadel is a contract between you and the third-party provider.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, designs, markups, and logos on KonPadel are the exclusive property of our company or our licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or redistribute any content from our platform for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

4. User Conduct

When using KonPadel, you agree not to:

• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to scrape our database.
• Submit fake or malicious reviews of venues or products.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our CMS or backend systems.
• Disrupt the user experience of others via spam or technical manipulation.

5. Liability Limitation

In no event shall KonPadel, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.
